What Do You Know About GMO’s? Pt. 1 of 3

Meet The Farmer TV GMOs Part 1 Of 3, is a 3 part mini series.  Charlottesville’s Michael Clark, host and co-owner of Meet The Farmer TV added valuable new information, adding to the mix as he interviewed 1 of the co-plaintiffs on the OSGATA et al. v. Monsanto law suit in which over 80 co-plaintiffs are collectively suing Monsanto. We interviews Don Patterson who is the main co-plaintiff and Ira Wallace one of the representatives of the Southern Exposure Seed Exchange, which is a co-plaintiff.  The information they share is both historic and vital for the public to begin to understand this history so that they can begin to unveil the hidden dangers and agenda’s.

One of the benefits of this law suit is: APPEALS COURT BINDS MONSANTO TO PROMISE NOT TO SUE ORGANIC FARMERS: WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 10, 2013 –  A three-judge panel at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled today that a group of organic and otherwise non-GMO farmer and seed company plaintiffs are not entitled to bring a lawsuit to protect themselves from Monsanto’s transgenic seed patents “because Monsanto has made binding assurances that it will not ‘take legal action against growers whose crops might inadvertently contain traces of Monsanto biotech genes (because, for example, some transgenic seed or pollen blew onto the grower’s land).'”
